K Sriram, has spent More than 30 + years of varied professional experience in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Commercials(Procurement ), Indirect taxation and Business planning in varied industry experience like Automobile, HR, FMCG, Realty Promotion, Horticulture & Aquaculture.
A Post graduate in Management in Finance and later on in Marketing & Systems .His last tenure as a Chief Financial Officer for M/s Eram Motors P Ltd – A Mahindra Four Wheel dealer , headquartered out of Kozhikode, Kerala – was instrumental in effectively managing the working capital requirements through proper & timely interventions and tough negotiations with the Banks, Sales and Purchase Order Processing, ensuring quick cash inflows from high yielding departments like Insurance, Accessories, Sale of Spares & Service, Disposal of Old/Obsolete vehicle, Integrating the accounting functions ,implemented cost saving methods and reduced recurring costs of service units. Introduced PMS – scheme of Incentivizing the employees thereby improving their efficiency levels.
In 2007 joined M/s Mafoi Management Consultants Ltd ( now Randstad India Ltd) a leading HR service provider as Senior Manager Commercials and within an year devised a policy for procurement of Capex & Opex purchases and standardized purchase policy of products In the year 2008 was promoted with an charge of the Payables & Indirect Taxation department of the company and by 2009, the employer company was awarded with one of the ‘Best Assessee’ by The Department of Central Excise, Customs and Service tax , Government of India for the 5 successful years till his tenure with the employer.
He has served ETA Group Companies in Dubai & India in various capacities in streamlining the Accounts and in setting up internal controls.
