K.P. Prabhakar is the Head of HR and Admin at OTL Business Solutions and is a member of the company’s management team. In his role, he is responsible for Talent Acquisition, Administration , Training, Digital Marketing and other Compliances. As the Administrative in charge , he is also the driving force behind all the vendor and Client relations.
Prabhakar has over two decades of experience in the travel industry and has worked in various executive positions, in Finance and Accounts , Credit Control , Business, Corporate and Leisure Travel Operations. He has played a significant role in the digital transformation of the Company.
His last assignment was with ITL Tourism and Travel LLC, Dubai, as Senior Manager. Prior to this he has held Business Head / Manager positions in various Travel Corporates and IT Companies like Kuoni , HRG and HCL.
Prabhakar has done his UG in Commerce and Accountancy and PG in Computer Applications. In his free time , he enjoys spending time with his family & friends. Listening to Music and watching movies are his hobbies.
